Topic: Cooking Class
I'm thinking about taking a cooking class, but am going to get my feet wet first by taking a simple, inexpensive one at Whole Foods first.
Does anyone have a recommendation on a recreational cooking school?

Good idea! I thought about taking a class at http://www.heartyboys.com but I'm not sure if they are still doing giving them. It might be worth investigating I'll see if I can find out more info.
